- Cancellation Policy is enforced should client cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.
- Appointments that are not confirmed are treated as a cancellation.
- All confirmations are to be acknowledged through email only.
- Rescheduling is available through jerehair.com
- Waived cancellations include death, illness, personal and or family circumstances.
- Excessive cancellations result in the termination or temporary suspension of future services with Jeré Hair.
- Cancellations that are not approved or excused, result in the full cost of service reservation.
- Refunds will not be applied to any cancellation if not contacted prior to the 48 hour cancellation period.
