• Cancellation Policy is enforced should client cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.

  • Appointments that are not confirmed are treated as a cancellation.

  • All confirmations are to be acknowledged through email only.

  • Rescheduling is available through jerehair.com

  • Waived cancellations include death, illness, personal and or family circumstances.

  • Excessive cancellations result in the termination or temporary suspension of future services with Jeré Hair.

  • Cancellations that are not approved or excused, result in the full cost of service reservation.

  • Refunds will not be applied to any cancellation if not contacted prior to the 48 hour cancellation period.

  • Reservation Fee - Members do not pay reservation fees.

  • A 3% charge is applied to all services for reservation fee. This is not a deposit and is non refundable.
