Description
This process of coloring involves lifting of the hair from one level to the desired level. This includes bleaching. Depending on hair type and history, a series of lifting is involved and will only be performed if the integrity is at good standing.
Once the hair is lifted. A direct dye is involved and to ing may be necessary, but not in all cases.
